Refund Policy

This return policy is only valid for sales made through www.contourlaboratories.com.  We are not able to process returns for any Contour Laboratories products purchased outside of our website.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below.

Items may be returned within 30 days after you have received your item for an exchange or a refund. Please reach out to customer service to request a return authorization number and return instructions.

Returns are subject to the following guidelines:

1. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days after you have received the item.
2. All returns must have prior authorization and be assigned a return authorization number to be accepted.
3. Shipping costs are only eligible for refund if the return items were shipped incorrectly or damaged.
4. Shipping incurred for packages refused or orders that are cancelled after the order has been processed are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued or exchange order will be processed per your return merchandise authorization (RMA) instructions, and you will be notified via email. Please allow 1-5 business days for refunds to reflect on your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are “All Sales Final”, no exchanges or refunds will be issued.
